A little bit about me…

I started out as an Engineer but since then have traveled the worlds of information systems, cognitive psychology, marketing, international business, analytics and strategy. For a brief period, I was in academics as an Asst.Professor of Marketing & Management, teaching senior level courses in Strategy, Quantitative Analysis, and Decision Support.

I have over 15 years of experience in customer analytics, database marketing,  cxm, crm, and strategy. More recently my interests have centered around the web – web analytics, seo/sem and in areas like cross-channel analytics.

I have always been passionate about and played a leadership role in designing data-driven customer strategies that create an exceptional customer experience and establish a competitive advantage while improving productivity.
